How to Apply for New Admission

At St. Paul's Secondary School, Nimbahera, we welcome new students to join our vibrant learning community. Follow the guidelines below to apply for admission:

General Admission Procedure:

1. Collect Admission Form:
   Visit the school office to collect the admission form or download it from our website.

2. Submit Documents:
   Prepare the required documents as per the checklist below:

   • Aadhar Card of the child and parents (Photocopy - 1 copies)

   • copies of self-attested Birth Certificate (for Nursery to Class I admissions)

   • Original School Leaving/Transfer Certificate (for Class II onwards)

   • Mark-sheet of the last class attended (Photocopy - 1 copy) from Class II onwards

   • Three recent passport-size photographs of the student

3. Pay the Fees:

   • The admission fee along with the first installment of the tuition fees must be paid at the time of admission.

   • Payment options:

     • Monthly

     • Tri-annually

     • In two installments (1st installment before the Half-Yearly Exam, 2nd installment before the Annual Exam)

4. Note: New admissions are subject to an additional admission fee of ₹4000.

Special Guidelines for Nursery Admissions:

For Nursery Class Admissions, kindly note:

• The child must meet the age eligibility as per the school norms.

• You will need to submit two self-attested copies of the Birth Certificate.

• No previous school documents are required for nursery admissions.

• The additional ₹4000 admission fee applies only to new admissions. 
  
  
  "For students residing within the city, the bus charges are ₹1000 per month. For students in village areas outside the city, the charges will vary depending on the distance from the school, with a minimum of ₹1000. Please contact the school office for details based on your location."
