FORMATION OF P.T.A. & SCHOOL LEVEL FEE COMMITTEE (SLFC)

Dear Parents & Teachers,

We are in the process of constituting the School Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and subsequently the School Level Fee Committee (SLFC) of the parents whose wards are studying in the school for the 2026 –2027 Session. Every teacher and every parent of each student is expected to be a member of the PTA. The SLFC will be constituted by selecting 5 willing parents from among the PTA Members.

Therefore, applications are invited from eligible parents who are willing to be members of SLFC via the Google Form link provided below. Those who wish to apply offline may contact the school office for the physical form. You are also required to pay Rs. 50/- as the mandated Annual PTA Membership Fee.

ELIGIBILITY OF A SLFC MEMBER / CONDITIONS:

1. The members of SLFC will be selected from the members of the PTA.

2. The member must have his/her son or daughter studying in this school in the current year (2026–2027) in any class from Nursery to X.

3. The applicant should have sufficient knowledge about the functioning of the school system, financial matters, and relevant guidelines of the government on SLFC-related issues.

4. The applicant should not be a habitual defaulter in depositing school fees. Fees of the ward up to the 1st Installment of the current year (2026–2027) must have been paid before applying.

5. The applicant should be a parent who has always been supportive and cooperative with the school.

6. In total, 5 parents and 3 teachers along with the Manager and the Principal will be the members of the SLFC.

7. A parent who wishes to be a member of SLFC should fill in the online Google Form with accurate information on or before 30th August, 2026 by 12:00 noon and upload/submit the following:

   • (i) Copy of the self-attested identity proof (Aadhaar Card) of the applicant.

   • (ii) Receipt or proof of the 1st installment fee paid for 2026–2027.

   • (iii) Copy of the certificate/marksheet of the applicant's highest qualification.

   • (iv) Proof / screenshot of the Rs. 50/- PTA membership fee payment.

8. If more than one child is studying in this school, only one registration form per family will be accepted.

9. In case there are more than the required number of eligible parents applying for the membership of SLFC, the final selection will be done by a transparent lottery system.

10. Once the Google Form is submitted, it cannot be edited or corrected. Submitting a form is permitted only once. If any incorrect information is found in the form, the application will be rejected and the applicant will be disqualified.

11. In case of selection by lottery, the specific date and time will be intimated to all eligible applicants in advance.

12. Late submission of applications will not be entertained.

13. The last date for Online Google Form / Offline submission is 31th August, 2026 by 12:00 noon.
